Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · The Soccer Group Ltd
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences and understand how you use it. Cookies do not identify you by name on their own, but information linked to them can be personal data. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage.
2. How We Use Them
TRYLZ, a product of The Soccer Group Ltd, uses cookies to keep you signed in, keep the Platform secure, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it.
3. The Types We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are essential for the Platform to work. They keep you signed in, protect your session and account, balance traffic and remember your cookie choices. They are set by us and cannot be switched off, because the Platform cannot work properly without them.
Functional Cookies
These remember choices you make, such as your preferences and where you were in an application or onboarding flow, so you do not have to repeat yourself. They are set by us.
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors use the Platform, such as which pages are viewed most and where people drop off. We only set them with your consent, and we ask providers to aggregate or anonymise the data where possible.
Advertising Cookies
If we run advertising campaigns, providers such as Google or Meta may set cookies to measure how an advert performed and to show relevant adverts. We only set these with your consent, and you can also control them in your own advert settings.
Third-Party Cookies
Some tools we use may set their own cookies, for example our payment provider Stripe during checkout, to process payments and prevent fraud. We do not control these cookies, and we recommend reading the relevant provider's privacy and cookie policy.
Cookies may last for a single browsing session, or for longer if they are persistent. You can see and delete both types in your browser settings.
4. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block, delete or be warned about cookies. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of TRYLZ from working, such as staying signed in.
- Opt-out tools: for analytics and advertising cookies you can often opt out directly with the provider, for example through Google's advert settings or an analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Your consent choices: where you have given consent for non-essential cookies, you can change your mind at any time by emailing hello@trylz.com.
5. Consent
We only use strictly necessary and functional cookies without asking. Before we set analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies we will ask for your consent, and where we have not yet asked, those cookies are not set. Where the law allows, you can also refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to the Platform.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with an updated date. If we add a new category of cookie, we will ask for your consent where required before using it.
7. Contact
If you have any questions about our use of cookies, contact The Soccer Group Ltd at hello@trylz.com.
